In case you haven't noticed, today's date is 12/12/12.  That's cool.
It's not going to happen for another 100 years.  I won't see it happen, you won't see it happen. Of course, you can say that any date won't happen again for a hundred years, and but still...
I think it should be  holiday of some sort. I think we should come up with any excuse to take a day off and party, so why not 12/12/12? And while we're at it, we should shoot off fireworks at 12:12 (am or pm, you choose. but it's too late now, because the next 12:12 is technically tomorrow).
